Server log data
When you access this website, technical information may be processed automatically in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact and inquiry forms
If you submit an inquiry through this website, we process the information you provide in the form. This may include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, selected inquiry type, selected aircraft, message, source page and submission date.
We process this data in order to respond to your inquiry, prepare or perform pre-contractual communication and manage the sales process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where consent is requested in the form, the legal basis may additionally be Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Required fields are necessary so that we can respond to your inquiry. If you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to process or answer your inquiry.
Aircraft inquiry context
If you inquire about a specific aircraft, we may additionally store the aircraft context connected to your inquiry, such as the aircraft title, aircraft identifier, aircraft slug, registration, serial number or the page from which the inquiry was submitted. This helps us understand which aircraft your inquiry relates to and respond accurately.
Anti-spam and security information
We may process limited technical information to prevent spam, abuse and misuse of our inquiry forms. This can include form submission metadata, timestamps and security-related checks. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and our communication systems (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Data storage, processors and recipients
We process inquiry data internally and use selected service providers to operate the website and manage inquiries.
Hosting provider
The website is operated through a hosting provider. The hosting provider processes technical server data required to deliver the website and keep it secure. The provider may process server log data as described above.

We use Supabase for backend infrastructure, database storage and server-side functions related to website inquiries. Inquiry data submitted through the website may be stored in our Supabase database and processed by Supabase infrastructure for the purpose of operating the inquiry workflow.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management system (CRM) and form-submission processor. When you submit an inquiry, relevant inquiry data may be transmitted to HubSpot so that Vienna Jets can receive the inquiry, manage the contact, create or update CRM records and follow up on the request.
HubSpot may process contact, company and deal-related data such as name, email address, phone number, company name, inquiry type, selected aircraft, message, source page and submission date.

Inquiry and CRM data may be retained for the duration of the business relationship, inquiry handling and applicable statutory retention obligations. Server log data is retained only as long as necessary for security, troubleshooting and operation of the website, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
